Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are usually shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment and will be shipped via ACS within Greece and FEDEX outside Greece with tracking and delivery without signature. Once your package is ready we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging as well as postage. Handling charges are fixed, while shipping charges vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group items into one order. We are unable to group two different orders placed separately and shipping will be charged on each order. Your parcel will be sent at your own risk, but we will take special care to protect fragile items.
The box size is large enough and your items are well protected.
